A refined breakfast and a four-course gourmet dinner are included each day, with a light lunch available on request to enjoy on site or packed to take away. Each dish is crafted by our Michelin-recognised private chef, showcasing the finest New Zealand ingredients and personalised to your dietary preferences and allergies.

Our dining experience is curated daily by our private chef rather than offered as an à la carte menu. Each breakfast and dinner is thoughtfully designed around fresh, seasonal local ingredients and adjusted to your dietary preferences and allergies, so while dishes are not individually selected from a menu, they are personalised to ensure you feel well cared for and truly enjoy every meal.

Hot Breakfast Menu

  • Big Brekkie

Homemade potato hash browns, poached eggs, bacon, sourdough toast, grilled tomato with feta, avocado, grilled mushrooms, halloumi, hummus and microgreens.

  • Classic Eggs Benedict

Toasted sourdough, poached eggs, spinach, halloumi, mushrooms, house-made hollandaise and microgreens.

  • Japanese Morning Bento

An original Japanese breakfast by our specially invited Japanese chef.
Tamagoyaki (Japanese omelette), Japanese rice, teriyaki fish, miso soup with tofu and seaweed, sesame salad, tofu with yuzu sauce, mini dorayaki and Japanese tea.

  • Smoked Salmon Omelet

Free-range eggs, baby spinach, fresh herbs, cream, smoked salmon and a fresh garden salad.

  • Scrambled Eggs with Vegetables and Salmon

Soft scrambled eggs, seasonal vegetables, smoked salmon and fresh herbs.

  • Waffles

Crisp waffles served with bacon, fried egg, smashed avocado and a fresh side salad.
