- Housekeeping and Laundry Service: All bedding and towels you’ll need for a 4-night stay are provided. We use 100% cotton bed linen for your comfort. Every 4 days, we will clean and service your room, including refreshing your linens and restocking everything you need for the next 4 days (daily housekeeping upon request for an additional fee).

Oceanview Penthouse Suite: Sweeping ocean views of Tasman Bay, private terrace, spacious layout, a bathtub with Nelson city views, retractable TV, air conditioning/heating, a king-size bed, 55 sq.m.
Jacuzzi Suite: Room offers an indoor bathtub with views of Nelson’s lights, a super king-size bed, underfloor heating and a natural breeze. Enjoy the fresh Abel Tasman air and feel close to the ocean with no less than 3 full sliders. This room does not come with a television. 35 sq.m.
Cozy Suite: Our smallest suite, partial ocean views, a bathtub, TV, a king-size bed, underfloor heating/ heating, 35 sq.m (no air conditioning, no balcony).
Fireplace Suite: Looks over the Abel Tasman with views including Nelson and Kaiteriteri, retractable TV, air conditioning/heating, a super king-size bed. The only suite without a bathtub, it boasts a gas fireplace and easy access to the main deck and kitchen areas. The Fireplace suite is the least private of all our rooms but has other advantages like no stairs and direct access to the deck area ,including a waterfall and small pond close by.
